All sales of digital products are final Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: For customized products such as bespoke bedtime stories and website creation, we allow a specific number of revisions as agreed upon with the client. Once the final version is approved, it will be considered final and no further changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

A: Immediately after payment confirmation, you'll get access via email or your account.
Q: What if I didn’t receive the download link or product?
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at kristin@digital-craft-solutions.com and we'll resend it.
Q: Do you offer refunds? 
A: All sales are final. However, we're happy to help if you experience any technical issues.

A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (via 2Checkout), and local manual options for PH customers.
